All positions are for full time permanent employment. Candidates must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Legal Coordinator (Code: LC)
Kalimantan based

Main Purpose
Responsible for maintaining valid required licenses/permits with various authorities, preparing, analyzing, revising and filing contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods and services. Leadership and project management for obtaining key licenses/permits for key projects that Puma has ongoing in Kalimantan.

Key Responsibilities
• Leadership and project management of key licensing projects covers but not limited to prepare, coordinate, document, and file for required licenses/permits.
• Company administration such as track authorizations and correspondence, and maintaining detailed and organized files.
• Legal work including prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements, ensure that contractors, suppliers, and clients are in compliance with legal requirements, and research on new legal law, regulations as when the need arises.
• Contract administration and corporate secretarial coordination
• Maintain good networking with:
o BPH Migas : including but not limited to trading licenses, SKPP, SKPI, transport license, storage license.
o Port authority : respective port regulations, including but not limited to: bunkering permit, jetty permit.
o BKPM : national and regional regulations, including but not limited to establishment and renewal of : IU, API-U, quarterly report.
o Local Government : respective local government offices, including but not limited to : TDP, Situ, Pemda.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Familiarity with standard MS office computer software and online resources
• Ability in contract review and drafting
• Energetic, dynamic, and enthusiastic personality
• Have the ability to work independently when required, managing a number of matters simultaneously.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Law/Social Science
• Experience minimum 5 years on same field
• English proficiency both written and spoken
• Understand the process of country/provincial licensing
• Has good relation, network, and familiar with the working level of various authorities
• Experience in oil industry
• Comfortable with managing a busy workload of changing priorities

Teritorry Manager (Code: TM)

Location: Kalimantan
Job category : B2B
Experience Desirable: 3 year on same field
Education Desirable: Technic or Management

Main Purpose
Implement the sales activities from the negotiation, sales quote, until delivery to reach the target achievement.

Key Responsibilities
• Implementing Sales plan, controlling and evaluating sales activity on target base, execution of business plans and identify new customers based on sales strategies.
• Support the preparation of negotiations, maintain an update list of prices, evaluate new customer and collate market information.
• Maintain strong long term relationship with customers, plan and organize site visit, problem solving of loading schedules and maintain close and constant communication with operation and, logistic and customer service for better services provision.
• Monitor actual performance versus budget, monitor projected sales volume and preparation of sales report.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Deep knowledge on Kalimantan Market Area, broad sales experience in Kalimantan, experience is mining/oil & gas/distribution sector preferred, Good track record in sales, Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, Team player and ability to interact with all levels.

Account Manager (Code: AM )

Location: Kalimantan Job Category: B2B
Experience Desirable: 1 year on same field
Education Desirable: Technic or Management

Main Purpose
Maintain administrative control of the assigned clients portfolio, as well in goal achievement and in effectiveness to recover values, maintain the credit lines established by the company and making cashing negotiations

Key Responsibilities
• Monitoring, Controlling and evaluating sales activity on target base
• Data Analysis / supporting on negotiation
• execute Business plans and all the norms, standards and commercial procedures of the company
• Prepare direct and indirect sales repot accurate, and on time
• Issue management : Handling customer feedback and resolve issue.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Deep knowledge on Kalimantan Market Area, broad sales experience in Kalimantan, good customer relationship, Team player, ability to interact with all levels.
